Langer Houz Flyover:
At last relief from the loads of heavy traffic could be breathed in at Langer Houz. No more Traffic Jams, no more blockings and no more pit holes on our way to Mehdipatnam at Langer Houz. All because of “Langer Houz Flyover” which was been inaugurated on Feb 28th, 2010. This would further ease the travel time & make it hassle free traveling via this flyover. Now you can reach our site in just 15minutes from Jubilee Hills & Banjara hills.

Radial Roads
200 Feet wide radial roads connecting the ORR (Phase – I & II) are fully in operation and this makes travelling much easier with 4lanes. These roads connect to Mehdipatnam, Airport, ORR, Mumbai Highway, Vijayawada Highway etc.

APPA Junction
APPA Junction would be reckoned as India's one of the biggest junctions which would be of Butterfly shape. Lots of advancements have happened on both the junction at APPA facilitating the commuters to travel around. On one side of APPA Junction we can see beautiful view of Himayath Sagar Lake and on other side it would be GVK Farm House. Soon this is going to transform as the Hub for 7Star & 5Star hotels. Extravaganza would start soon in Executive Park as the water fountain at the entrance is almost ready. This brings in a look and pride for the owners as soon as we enter.
